We recruit sales, service, engineering and supply chain positions c£30,000 basic through to board level appointments, the majority of the work we undertake is c£50-80,000 basic + benefits.

We do not try to be all things to all people, we focus on working with a small number of businesses within each of these sectors to become recognised as the recruitment partner of choice for specific disciplines within specific geographical regions – 70% of our work is UK, 30% in mainland Europe where the candidate is required to be an English speaker.

The majority of the assignments we undertake are completed using a combination of search/headhunting and networking from our constantly evolving industry specific database. The ideal candidate may not be registered with us, our network will point us in the right direction of the most appropriate skills/experience, very often the best candidate is the one that is not registered with a recruiter.
