Continued growth plans in Europe have resulted in the need to recruit a high calibre Sales and Marketing Director to further develop new equipment sales of the companies complete product range across the EMEA region in line with company strategy.

Job Description

• Reporting to the MD and working closely with the European management team and VP Sales & Marketing you will establish and implement a sales and marketing strategy for the EMEA region
• Lead the new equipment sales team to grow profitable sales of the company’s range of products throughout the EMEA region and collaborate with the VP Sales and Marketing to ensure the effective management of global accounts.
• Develop increased distribution capability across the region through additional direct sales resource and developing the network of agents and distributors
• Work closely with colleagues globally within the group to share best practice and provide mutual support to grow the business.

About you

• Ideally degree educated with a proven track record of success selling capital equipment solutions, ideally packaging machinery / automation in international markets, specifically EMEA.
• A broad business understanding with the ability to develop and implement the strategy for both Sales and Marketing and lead a sales team to high levels of performance.
• A self starter possessing personal presence and gravitas to deal with customers at all levels, high personal performance standards and a can-do attitude.
• Able to travel widely throughout EMEA as required with occasional travel elsewhere and twice annually to the US
