Our client provides digital coding systems and networked solutions to global accounts within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, allowing customers to mark, code or identify products through innovative equipment, software, supplies and service. Working as part of the UK team the Area Sales Manager will take responsibility for developing sales throughout the South West representing the company in a professional manner with the primary objective being to surpass sales objectives.

Job Description

• Achieve the assigned sales revenue, unit sales, profitability and new customer forecasts for the region selling the complete range of hardware and software solutions and services.
• Be the primary representative for all end user accounts in the region including national, multinational and global key accounts.
• Build long term business relationships with customers through the provision of sales, marketing, training and technical support.

About you

• A minimum of 3 years experience gained in a B2B field sales role ideally gained within capital equipment sales.
• A proven track record of success selling differentiated value propositions within a highly competitive market place.
• With the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation you will be smart presentable and well educated with a dynamic approach to business.
