Our client is the machinery division of a hugely successful global packaging group supplying bespoke end of line packaging machinery solutions to a blue chip customer base.

They continue to enjoy consistent growth within a competitive market in the UK and are looking to build further on this success by recruiting a high calibre sales professional to develop business throughout the north of England, Scotland and Ireland.

Crucial to the success of this role will be your ability to quickly develop credible long term relationships with multiple stakeholders within customers and understand what they are looking to achieve. Your consultative approach to the sales cycle will allow you to offer informed advice on pack design and engineered line solution resulting in a technically capable and cost effective proposition.

You will have enjoyed a successful career within the packaging industry and will have a demonstrable track record in sales of high value packaging machinery sales to key players within the food industry.

Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation coupled with your understanding of end of line solutions, packaging design and retailer trends will benefit you when understanding factors that influence customer buying patterns.

The candidate we are looking for will have a dynamic approach to account management and business development and will understand the key skills and levels of organisation and professionalism required for successful territory management.
